For writing this first paper, I don’t think I learned very
much about the actual writing process. I was already familiar with MLA format
and organizing my facts was fairly straightforward. The main problem I had to
deal with was time restrictions. I think I could have written a longer, better
paper if I had had a week or so from outline to final draft instead of only a
few days. I did my best with the amount of time I had, but for me that was the
biggest struggle. I need more time to mull over what I’ve written and continue
to think of new things to add and little things I need to improve. I could have
stayed writing on his topic for several weeks. Other than that, I didn’t face
any major issues or crisis in the writing process. This was not a very
difficult paper for me to write, overall.
I had the same problem, Phoebe! I've never had so little time to write a paper and I only like to turn in my best work. Sadly when you have so little time you have to sacrifice the quality of your paper. I'm sure we both did just fine under the circumstances, though. :) It was a good experience.
ReplyDeleteI had the same problem also! Your paper was really good and it was organized really well also for the short amount of time we had to write the paper. I learned more about depression while reading yout paper because I personally did not know a whole lot about depression.
