I was not looking forward to going to Six Flags. I've been probably four times in my entire life, and the experience has always been the same. I can only ride a few rides (I had a tumor removed from my neck, blahblahblah, the rides would whip my neck around too much) and there's really nothing entertaining about following other people around all day in the oppressive heat and waiting on them to wait in lines and ride the rides and then tell you about how much fun it is.
This time, I actually enjoyed myself quite a bit more. Anna and Lucas were my buddies all day, and I think it's safe to say we all had fun together. I didn't even mind holding everyone's stuff so much-- even as the day progressed and I started having to hold souvenirs and purses and water bottles and phones-- because people seemed genuinely appreciative.
Congratulations to NaTane, who I'm pretty sure got the highest score on the Scooby Doo ride. I think I got the lowest.
