Summer Scholarship Academy and Six Flags Fiesta Texas!

Hey, y'all! This is my last blog post here! I'm going to be blunt: I learned a lot from Summer Scholarship Academy. My professors were very attentive with their students (it's an advantage because of the miniscule-sized classes). My Psychology professor, Dr. Sia, was the most interesting teacher that I've ever had. She's very spunky. I learned from her that psychology isn't just helping people; it's about studying the mind. My English professor, Professor Bost, was very polite and worked in an urbane environment. Due to this, I learned how to be a better writer. We had to write essays (which were tedious out of the wazoo), and the students criticized our works. It benefited me a lot because that indicated where my Achilles Heel was. Thanks, y'all!

My day at Six Flags Fiesta Texas was fun. I was paired up with some great students and counselor [Elisa]. We didn't get on the big rides like the Iron Rattler, Poltergeist, Superman, and etc. We rode a ride that spun us around until we wanted to regurgitate, Crow's Nest Ferris Wheel, Scooby-Doo Ghost Blasters, Bugs' White Water Rapids, and some other kiddie rides. We were there for nine frickin' hours--noon-nine p.m. I was excited to get back because of the excess amount of fatigue rushing through me. Well, that concludes this post. BYE!
