I put a lot of energy and heart into paper one. I wrote about a cause that I'm very passionate about: tattoos. (BIG SURPRISE HUH). I've noticed that if I'm really into the cause, I tend to write pretty good papers. I really enjoyed this paper, and I enjoyed reading it to my peers during peer review. I learned different perspectives and ideas of/for my writing from my group and I learned MLA.. (I had never heard of that before). There were a few times where I was stuck to find a word to explain my emotions in my paper, but luckily my peers had ideas in mind. In case you couldn't tell, peer review was quite helpful. I can't to see where paper two takes us all...
WOMAN I CAN'T READ YOUR GRAY FONT. I'm sorry for shouting it took me longer than it should have to read that blog post. I still find it so weird that your school never taught you MLA when you're going to be using it on every college paper. You are a fast learner though so it's okay. I'm glad you found peer review helpful. :)
ReplyDeleteI think it’s great you fought for tattoos! So many people just write them off as “trashy” and whip out everyone’s favorite “But when you get old they’ll look wrinkly and gross!” excuse. I personally think tattoos can be really awesome, and I like how you’ve put thought into the ones you have.
ReplyDeleteI always love reading what you type , I think it's the most interesting thing in the world , it was hard to read becuase of the gray but I thought it was awsome to type about this :D
